Another very entertaining episode of The X Factor and, more importantly, the promise of another week of excruciatingly gauche stage antics from 21 year-old Phillip Magee. Whilst watching his country-style rendition of ‘Wind Beneath My Wings’ made us want to cut our forearms with rusty blades, we simply could not contain our excitement when the young Irishman expressed the desire to “do something a bit more rock’n’roll” for his next performance. Alas, semi-attractive boy-band 4Tune got the boot and The Conway Sisters are still in the competition.
SPUNK still definitely backs the lovely Shayne and the excellent Brenda.
